Never Let Me Go: Review by Emma

One of the best things about hanging around with other booky people is talking about books a lot.  I thought it would be nice to share some of that, since it’s more fun if a blog is a conversation not a speech.  If I wanted to just sit in a room and talk to myself, I could do that without a computer. (And how do you know that I don’t?) That’s why people have cats.

Today Emma very sweetly agreed to share her thoughts about Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go.  Thanks Emma!

I suppose I could have recorded a conversation and transcribed the whole thing, but that would have been lots of typing and  work for me, which is just what I wanted to avoid.  This was more fun.  It’s pretty obvious that I know nothing about photography, or interviewing, but luckily Emma is super interesting and articulate, so you’ll hardly notice.  (Oh, I suppose I shouldn’t have pointed out my lack of skills.  Damn.)  I would love to do it again, so if you are reading something right now that you are really excited about and would like to share on this blog, let me know!
